The multi-tube heat exchanger with removable tube bundle has a food grade construction both on the tube side and on the shell side, it is usually used for product/product heat recovery with tubes with 0.8 micron roughness both internally and externally food grade.
We therefore have the possibility of inspecting for cleaning also the external shell by dismantling the heads and possibly replacing the O-rings.
The jacket is completely drainable to avoid product stagnation.
